The party under the instructions of Governor Nighthill race out into the night of fire and smoke, to seize the chance to ambush a Captain of the Raiders. A careful ambush is planned, Silvermoon, Beorn and Salazar hide in an abandoned building, while Nathan & Leoven Hide in another. Killius hid as far away as possible armed with his trusty crossbow.
The captain and her retinue marched up the road and just as they were passing the hiding places. Nathan decided to change position in the dark and knocked over a nearby chair… ALL hell broke loose.. and a battle that saw the death of Nathan, and Beorn, Leovan and Silvermoon all moments from death had it not been for the quick thinking of their companions. But Modath and a few of her followers continued to carve their way through the ambushers.
